Uploading malware or attempting to compromise platform security
Abuse of Content ID, takedown systems, or reporting mechanisms
Violation of any applicable laws or third-party terms
Services & Platform Availability
Joose Distro/Organix Media Group LLC provides digital distribution, royalty administration, publishing support, Content ID services, analytics, promotional tools, and other music industry solutions.
Services may evolve, expand, or change over time. Joose Distro/Organix Media Group LLC does not guarantee platform approvals, uninterrupted service, earnings, or placements.
Third-Party Platforms
Your content may be delivered to third-party platforms such as streaming services, social media networks, payment processors, and rights societies. These platforms operate independently and apply their own rules.
Joose Distro/Organix Media Group LLC is not responsible for actions, delays, rejections, or policy changes imposed by third-party services.
Account Suspension & Enforcement
Joose Distro/Organix Media Group LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of policy violations, fraud, infringement, security risks, or legal requirements.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
